The personalized pricing of ArisHost is the result of studying important factors such as the size of your home, the location of your property, competition in the neighborhood and the tools we use to optimize the performance of your property. You can set a minimum rental price for your home if you wish.

Of course you can also set a minimum overnight stay. In case you wish to set many days of minimum booking, many visitors are automatically excluded who would like to book for a shorter period. The number of the minimum nights affects the eligibility of your space and the efficiency of your property. ArisHost does not support bookings with a minimum stay of one night.

An email is sent to us to update the booking calendar as unavailable. The only condition is to not book in those days. Reservation cancellations are not made so it is advisable to inform us in good time.

Of course you can and we will inform them during check-in. The house rules are placed prominently in your home.

Payments are made to a bank account or preferably a Paypal account within the first week of next month. Detailed clearance is sent to the registered email address as well as the bank transfer copy of the amount attributable to the property owner.

Providing sheets and towels is the owner’s responsibility.

What Your Home Must Have Before Managing It.

• 3 sets of white sheets, 1 blanket & 1 quilt for each bed
• For each pillow 3 white pillow cases
• 3 bath mats
• 3 kitchen towels

For each person:

• 3 single colored cotton towels
• 3 single colored cotton towels
• 3 monochrome cotton hand towels

The above is needed in order to be able to change bedding immediately and cover check out check in

There is no charge to start, but you are responsible for the cost of photographing, a thorough cleaning of your property prior to the first guests’ arrival, copying of keys as required, purchasing sufficient bedding and any other items required to provide guests an unforgettable experience.

How to use the five sets of keys:

• The two are placed in the apartment for the guests.
• Two sets are kept in our office, one for check-in staff and the other for security.
• The fifth set is given to the cleaning crew.

This is not possible. We recommend installing an automatic watering system.

ArisHost charges a 25% full Airbnb rental management of your property (+ cleaning costs paid by the visitor). All you have to do is sit comfortably on your sofa and watch your property make a significant profit. Remember. We are not paid unless you are paid. You will be charged a small fee for our services ONLY when booking. You can have a look our Services/Pricing.

Whenever you want. Your commitments to ArisHost are set out in your private property management agreement. It describes the tasks, terms of cooperation, restrictions and conditions of each party. The contract is not binding on the duration of the cooperation. As long as, no bookings have been scheduled for the next period.

In this case the reservations cannot be canceled and our cooperation will expire after their expiry.

We recommend that you be covered in any event that may occur on your property. Airbnb Host Security covers many incidents that can occur but not all. It is a good idea to keep it safe for you to sleep peacefully. ArisHost can help you by offering insurance coverage packages.
